A small natural environment (2.2 hectares), situated along Kruin Street. Perdekop acts as a satellite site of Bracken Nature Reserve and is only 1 km away. It has numerous plant species that are rare and endangered, as well as indigenous wildlife within the reserve. The vegetation types that also occur in Bracken Nature Reserve can be found in Perdekop, namely Swartland Granite Renosterveld and Cape Flats Sand Fynbos.
Perdekop Nature Reserve is planned to be connected to Bracken Nature Reserve by a corridor in the future.
